We honor exchange requests made within 15 days after receiving the original purchase.
BACS accepts exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with no signs of use. If we receive a damaged or visibly used product we will return the product to you, without refund or exchange. In addition, customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged. Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again or returned.
Please notify our Costumer service to: email@example.com of your intention of exchanging the item, in order to be approved.

The to-be exchanged item must be returned packaged in the BACS box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.
BACS will cover the return shipment and any customs fees for you. The exchange will be processed within 14 working days upon arrival at our warehouse.
Exchanges shipped more than 14 days after the approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
BACS reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. In the case of defective or incorrect items, we invite you to immediately contact us. BACS reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
