BACS aims to have 100% satisfied clients and to always provide clients and to always provide high quality goods. If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be return for refund.
Returns from Europe
We honor return requests made within 14 days after receiving the original purchase. Please consider that it might take several working days for your return to reach our warehouse. Please make sure the parcel will arrive to our warehouse within the stablished time. Returns outside the stablished time will not be accepted.
Please notify our Customer service of your intention of returning the item(s), filling up the Return form.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
BACS accepts returns of unwashed and undamaged items, with no signs of use for refund. If we receive a damaged or visibly used product we will return the product to you, without refund.
Please note that customized, personalized and exchanged products cannot be returned.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to clients in approximately 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Returns on items on sale
Any product(s) purchased on sale is considered final salad it is not eligible for return or exchanged.
